Rates

Terms and Condition:

1. Driver Allowance Rs. 450/- per day will be charged for outdoor Duty.

2. Time & Kms. will be charged from our office to office.

3. Night Halt for outstation duty 250/-

3. Night Charge 200/- for duty between 11:00 PM to 5AM.

4. All toll, parking and taxes are extra.

5. Credit period of 30 days from the date of invoice receipt will apply.

Refund & Cancellation Policy 

We aim to offer a hassle-free experience with flexible cancellation options. Please read our policy below:

1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time: Full refund will be processed.
Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pick-up time: No refund will be applicable.
No-show by the customer (driver arrives, and the customer is unreachable or not present at the location): No refund will be provided.
Cancellation by the company due to operational issues (e.g., vehicle breakdown, unavailability): Full refund or alternate cab will be arranged.
Refund Processing All eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
Partial Ride Usage No refunds will be issued once the trip has started or for partial usage.
